Does that device have one emitting coil or a few? Are frequencies square or sine?

Hi Nathalie, yes you can use it while working but you need to place the IC Pad directly on your body to get the best effect. For IC, it would be best to place the IC pad on your neck, but you can also try placing it under your clothes on your stomach area.
