Hi Anton, just to be clear, I have cleaned all the ends of the cords and that of the IC pad itself. There was no dust or dirt, so I think the IC pad itself received a factory defect

Hello Anton, I have cleaned the USB port and even tried another one and I always turn the audio volume to full. The yellow light only comes on briefly when it is charging, then it goes off.
Connected to my laptop it doesn't do anything. I am very disappointed because I can no longer continue what I have built up. What else can I do?

Hello Anton, I started the IC pad on 14-12-2022, and since yesterday it doesn't work anymore. To be sure, I charged it 2x to check if it was my cord, but no, it has already died after 3 months. What else can I try? I noticed yesterday that soon after it was charged it started to go weak again.

I am using my IC pad on my laptop with PEMF and tried audio and imprint as well. I have the sound turned up on the device and on my computer. It is making noises that change from moment to moment and the IC pad is not flashing.  When I start the program it does appear that lines are coming across and the timer is worker.  What to do?  Thank you Anton and Team, Blessings and Angels All Around! I've been using my glowing ic pad for years now. Its been working great up until now. It doesn't seem to hold the blue signal and is very finicky depending on how the wire moves and position. I've tried everything.. charging, multiple devices etc. Is there a lifespan on these and after time they no longer work?

Can I imprint mutiple ICs into one bottle of prepared water? Do they have to be the same length or does it not matter?

Is there any tricks for getting the IC to hold the intention longer in the water? Does water density make a difference? Water Surface Tension?

Is it efficacious to imprint herbal tea or soup? I have a dog that I am working on and she will drink broth more readily than plain water. And my father will drink herbal tea more readily than plain water.

Thank you for your recommendations.  

I have been adding a shake of salt to my zero water, but really don't know how long it is holding the imprint.  

What if I use alkaline water?

Does it matter what kind of water we use to imprint.  
Alkaline, Zero water with no dissolved solids, etc..
