Here is my thought.The only thing lacking in this machine is the battery power.I basically need to plug it in every single morning to make sure that it lasts all throughout the day and night. How about a external battery pack that plugs into it?ย I suppose we could buy... See more

hi, my device worked perfectly until recently. if i plug it in to charge it, the red light comes on for a short bit then turns off, so i assume it is charged. but i can not turn it on at all. I have tried all the suggestions i found... See more
hi, my device worked perfectly until recently. if i plug it in to charge it, the red light comes on for a short bit then turns off, so i assume it is charged. but i can not turn it on at all. I have tried all the suggestions i found on the Facebook group.. any advice??? I miss my Glowing ic pad!!!

Blue lights are on but not flashing. Volume is set at highest level and blue pad is fully charged.
