Hi Glenda, yes, Glowing IC Pad should light up while imprinting. Please make sure the audio volume is set to maximum after you start the transfer.

Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, I am on the help page every time I click on the methods, I write to me I'm sorry but something went wrong. Method 1 and 4 opens to me but 2 3 does not. I also tried from different devices but nothing.

my Staffordshire bull terrier had Diarrhoea really bad and was incapacitated. She was in Gastric pain so I repeated this PEMF (Kills Norovirus) four times.
