I am having problems with both my ic hummer and pad. The hummer stops producing sound after 34 seconds, even though bluetooth remains connected and the infopathy website continues its process going through the download, so as a back up have used the pad but the sound is so quiet, even with the volume on max, that it is barely audible. Hi Hugo, please try to restart your Mac, that may help with the issue. You can also try using another browser, like Chrome. At some macOS updates, there was an issue with playing sound in Safari on Infopathy (we had it a few weeks ago, but now it works normally). Maybe your iOS is still affected. You can also try using IC Hummer with a smartphone or other computer if available. Regarding IC Pad, it primarily emits EMF, but no sound. It is normal... Ver más

Hola jueces, en iOS 15 parece haber un problema con la reproducción de algunos tipos de audio. Probamos y parece funcionar si no bloquea la pantalla o minimiza Safari. ¿Desaparece el sonido para usted (cuando el teclado IC no está conectado) incluso si acaba de iniciar la transferencia y no bloquea la pantalla?

Hola Richter, presentamos un informe de error al equipo de Apple sobre ese problema. Algunas personas que tuvieron el mismo problema descubrieron que lo siguiente les funcionó después de actualizar a iOS 15: después de iniciar la transferencia, abra otra página en otra pestaña de su navegador (usaron Chrome, pero creo que debería ser lo mismo en todos los navegadores iOS, ya que tienen el mismo motor de todos modos) y luego minimizar el navegador y...
