Hi Michel, there is no french translation for webinars, but there are french captions (auto-generated) available. On the video window at the bottom right, please click on "CC" and select French.

Anton SF good evening where do you find these webinars? I am also looking for them even in titled silk there is very little info in French except on your site it is a bit problematic. I would like to be able to advise the practice to my “patients/consultants” but no video or article to offer.

Schisandra Hello everyone my ic pad is not working; is there anything more to do than the connection to the computer or the iPhone I tried with the adapter no reaction from the ic pad. No led no movement on my water.

Please try the following:

1. Charge your IC Pad using USB cable for about 2 hours, until yellow light goes off.

2. Please make sure audio volume on your phone or computer is set to maximum After you start transfer.

3. Restart your phone or computer or try different phone or computer.

4. Please try to replace an audio cable, it might be broken. It is called "3.5mm Aux cable". (This is if you use IC Pad for some time already)

Anton SF good evening I answered you by mail but my answer can be used for other it is a YouTube video which “woke up” my ic Glowing”. It was loaded and its full. Do not hesitate to advise this solution I did not expect it.
