Can this IC help with a benign inner ear tumor, "Acoustic Neuroma" or also known as a Vestibular Schwannoma? Any recommendations on IC's that would be helpful?

My husband developed terrible edema in his lower legs and feet while ill recently and this PEMF began to clear the swelling immediately. It made a remarkable difference. Quite amazing. Thank you.
