Vagus nerve activation can mean different things depending upon which branch it is affecting . Is this supposed to help activate our  parasympathetic system to calm us down or help us getting motivated? I wish more people would explain more about the intentions of the programs they create here 🧐🥰

Does it make sense to print this PEMF in water and drink it? I can't find a special IC for the vagus nerve and I'm wondering if that would be a good alternative

For some reason this IC only works if I keep the webpage open on my phone and don’t let it go into power saving mode; the others work even if I start using other apps and have the site open in the background. Any idea why this one is different?
