I have a question about the salt solution for Method 2. I always have a salt brine (Himalayan salt) in the kitchen. The brine always has the same density. Can anyone tell me how much brine I can add to 100 ml of water for Method 2?

Uschi, add one level teaspoon of your Himalayan salt brine to 100 mL of plain water, give it a quick stir, and then run your imprint on that mixture as Method 2 describes.ย
