Hello, I have used my IC pad about 70 times and it now appears to be broken. The light stays on permanently but does not flash when I try to use it. Can this be repaired? I'm very ๐ฅ. Please advise. Thank you! Lorraine

Hi Anton, I've been paying monthly but was informed there is a yearly option too. I don't see this option to switch my account. How do I compare the cost and what would I need to do to switch without losing my current account. Thanks.

I bought a new cord and have just been trying it, with no change. Disc will not light up. if I take the cord out of the computer you can hear the frequencies, so it is working up to the point of the disc. would disks just stop working?

my disk is not working. can not tell if it is the connection cord or the disk. any ideas ho to tell the difference?

hola , en el mรฉtodo 2, se podrรญa utilizar agua de mar directamente y no usar el agua con sal del Himalaya, gracias.
hello, in method 2, you could use sea water directly and not use the Himalayan salt water, thank you.

I've seen on the FB community a post mentioning that a new version of the Glowing IC pad is due to be released soon. Is that the case and is there any news of when that might be, and what improvements it would contain? I'm keen to get started with infopathy but trying to figure out if it's worth me waiting for this to come out or not. Thanks
