I don't see a clear response to the question whether or not the circuit pad and glowing IC produce the same results. All I see is speed and volume that can be transferred. Clearly, is the finished result the same as to what is in the bottle?

I received my IC Hummer about a week ago and started to use it. However, I have never been able to charge it to 100%. Last time I charged it to full (light off) and my phone shows it was charged to 80%. I am afraid that I have received a defect one. Is this normal?

Should I transfer the IC complex multiple times? In other words, if I transfer "all at once" and it takes just 2 minutes, should I be running this IC complex program more than one time? If yes, how many times?
