Tribulus is a plant that has long been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic medicine to treat various conditions. It may be used to increase testosterone production, improve athletic performance, increase sexual function and libido, lower blood pressure, support heart health, reduce blood sugar levels, decrease swelling, and support urinary tract health.
