Pinellia & Magnolia Bark Formula (Ban Xia Hou Po Tang) is a combination of Chinese herbs that may be used to help treat a variety of respiratory, digestive, and emotional conditions. Some indications include acid regurgitation or reflux, difficulty breathing, bronchitis, cough with excess sputum, emotional instability, depression, gastrointestinal disorders, chronic laryngitis, Meniereโs disease, morning sickness, motion sickness, nausea, premenstrual syndrome, snoring, difficulty swallowing, feeling of something in the throat, wheezing, and vomiting. In Chinese medicine, Pinellia & Magnolia Bark Formula is used to help promote the movement of qi, relieve stagnation, direct rebellious qi downward, transform phlegm, and dissipate clumps. This IC was made with the help of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Fresh Ginger / Sheng Jiang), Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum (Ginger-cured Pinellia / Zhi Ban Xia), Poriae Sclerotium Pararadicis (Poria Spirit / Fu Shen), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Magnolia Bark / Hou Po), Perillae Folium (Perilla Leaf / Zi Su Ye), Citri Reticulatae Viride Pericarpium (Green Tangerine Peel / Qing Pi), and Cyperi Rhizoma (Nut-Grass Cyperus / Xiang Fu).
