Kudzu, also known as Kuzu, is an herb that has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for many years to treat fevers, diarrhea, diabetes, and heart disease. It contains over 70 plant compounds, including quercetin, genistein, daidzein, tectorigenin, and other phytochemicals, which may be responsible for the herb's potential health benefits. Kudzo may be used to help treat alcoholism, relieve menopausal symptoms, reduce inflammation, ease an upset stomach, and alleviate severe headaches.
