This helped with my indigestion and belching as well. But I also used supplements along with this IC for it to work synergistically.

I’ve been using this a minimum of once a day for a month and see improvement.   I will continue.  Belching has stopped and stomach sounds at bedtime are gone.  I’d like to hear what others are noticing.

This is helping the pain from my very severe H. Pylori infection.  I noticed a relief from the pain right away.  I'll continue using daily for at least a month.
