Binaural beats with 0.5-4 Hz, which corresponds to the brain state - sleep. It starts at 4 Hz and moves to 0.5 Hz, slower beats.

Delta brainwaves are slow, loud brainwaves (low frequency and deeply penetrating, like a drum beat). They are generated in deepest meditation and dreamless sleep. Delta waves suspend external awareness and are the source of empathy. Healing and regeneration are stimulated in this state, and that is why deep restorative sleep is so essential to the healing process.

Providing an update from my first (12/8/2023) experience and post.  It has been a week, and I've used this audible IC on an infinite loop and on a 6x repeat session.  I had phenomenal results with both, meaning I slept better and felt better.  I do still wake up a couple of times each night but I'm falling right back to sleep.  I think I like the 6x repeat better.  Intuitively, I feel as if providing the frequency for the first 4hrs of sleep helps ensure at least 2 REM cycles, and then I'm hoping my body learns or maintains the pattern without the IC audible stimulation for the second half of my sleep cycle.  I am very happy to have found this audible.  It has exceeded my expectations.

I have trouble falling asleep most of the time, and I always wake 3hrs into a sleep cycle.  This is a nightly routine of falling asleep for a couple hours and then awake again.  Not wanting to sleep with headphones on, I played this Brain Delta (Sleep) Audible through a well balanced JBL speaker for the sound quality and to ensure the best experience.  I placed the speaker next to me and felt the vibration along with hearing the binaural beat.  That's all I remember!  I know I fell asleep without racing thoughts or tossing and turning because I woke up a few hours later in the same position.  For my next sleep enhancing experiment, I will play this audible on a continuous loop to see if it helps me overcome the sleep-wake cycle I experience, with a goal of getting through at least 6hrs of uninterrupted sleep.

I use it in my headphones, before meditating and going to sleep. It really helps me fall asleep quicker and have a deeper sleep, and in the morning I always wake up full of energy. I never feel tired or restless anymore and my sleep has hugely improved after using this IC. I am extremely grateful I have the opportunity to use it.

Sorry if this question seems redundant in light of the previous one but just to clarify:
Does this frequency act to induce sleep or can it be used to bring deep sleep restoration without actually sleeping?

Which audio program is recommended to overcome chronic insomnia? Delta brain waves or theta brain waves? And are the programs designed to help you fall asleep while listening to them or should they be listened to before going to bed, but not directly while falling asleep? Thank you.

I've tried this for several nights.And I see no difference. Still waking up at the same time and staying awake for the same amount of time.

I'm using this with bluetooth speakers from a laptop, the sound is not crackling in this format. I know it's not an option for everyone to use this format but it does work this way.

I used a quality bass-balanced speaker and made sure the volume was at a level that was aesthetically audible without being interruptive to falling asleep.  First time I've tried this and I fell asleep immediately.  I am eager to try this again on continuous loop.

 crackling noses are too jarring to use this ic . Tried different phones,  both android, and different headphones with no luck.
