Bioidentical estrogen, a form of hormone replacement therapy derived from plant sources, closely mirrors the estrogen produced by the human body. It may help alleviate menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, and vaginal dryness. Additionally, it may help maintain bone health and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

How exactly do you use this bioidentical estrogen? Unfortunately, it has no effect on me. I take the original estradiol gel every day and wanted to replace it with this. Does anyone have experience with how to use it? Thank you in advance

For estrogen sensitive people who choose not to do hormone replacement, can this one be used for all the benefits of estrogen without its negative implications.
