Is this the IC that detoxifies and protects by working from within the cell to repair and strengthen the cell?

Great signal, ran it through iTorus coil. and at first my cell strength was reduced 80%, when turned off the signal the strength went back to 95% . I constantly measure EMF around me with various meters. Turning the signal on the meter showed significant less. Great signal
