Triphala is a combination of three different plants native to India: Indian gooseberry (Amla), Bibhitaki, and Haritaki. This herbal remedy has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. It may help boost oral health, control gingivitis, decrease blood sugar levels, improve peristalsis, provide relief of constipation, reduce inflammation, improve symptoms related to arthritis and gout, and reduce stress.
