Licorice is an herb that has been used for thousands of years to treat a variety of conditions. There are over 300 different compounds in licorice, some of which have antiviral and antimicrobial properties. Licorice may be used to help improve skin conditions such as eczema, improve digestion and ease stomach upset, soothes heartburn, fight H.
