Efficient! Using it from almost 3 months . With 3 pills a day, prescribed. Anyway before this IC my "numbers " was 160/83/66 and after this IC are 139/82/66. I see this every day, after using it, usually, decrease aproximate 20 units. I was diagnosed from 20 years with HBP. So thank you Infopathy and Anton! I use it with my infoceutical charged water.
