Hello, unfortunately I have had the problem for several weeks that an error message appears in many programs: Unfortunately, spectrum virtualization is not possible at the moment! Can you say when the problem will be fixed? Thanks in advance.

Hi Nicki, that is okay to see that message for some ICs. It means that animations can not be shown, but transfer still works.

Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, thanks for the reply. The IC pad lights up, but it doesn't blink and this text appears. It mainly affects Pemf's like trauma and all Pemf's around the spine and joints. Does transmission still take place if the IC pad is not flashing?

Hi Nicki, yes, if glowing IC Pad glows during the transfer then it works. It does not flas because frequencies are too hight for our eyes to see them. Imprint ICs have modulation with about 8 Hz, so you can see the flashes, but PEMF usually have 100+ Hz, and everything above 30Hz our eye can not recognize.

please advise, can you do too many in a day? I have a three main health issues I am targeting and using combination of PEMF, audible and Imprint. thanks

Hi John, you can not overdose by using too many ICs in a day. It is important to use the same Imprint IC or Complex at least 3 times and the same PEMF and Audible ICs 1-2 times a day. It is good to have up to 3 health goals at the same time.
