Astrid Bruder , please try to reload page few times and once transfer is started incrase the volume, it is mostly low frequencies vibrations so not very loud.

I wonder if this should be avoided late afternoon early eve in case of too much alertness affecting sleep ?

LindaM, yes, it is generally advisable to avoid taking stimulating ICs late in the day to prevent potential interference with sleep.
