suffer with outbreaks of eczema around the nose and cheekbones ..this IC cured the problem after 2 days of running the program twice a day.

How many times a day/week should one consume this to get the basic effects?

Hi Asif, we suggest using the same Imprint IC or Complex at least 3 times every day, drinking at least 50ml (2oz) water each time. For the best effect try to hold water in your mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing and drink water on an empty stomach.
