Hi Karl, please let me know what phone do you use? If you start transfer without transfer device being connected, does sound stops as well in a few seconds?

Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, yes it works without glow pad connected First time I can hear the audio. When glow pad connected it stops glowing after 3-6 seconds but the transfer (imprint) continues. I’m using an iPhone 7 15 iOS . The glow pad works fine when my wife uses it on her iPhone 6 using her own account. I usually can get it to whole after 4 or 5 attempts of logging in and out and clearing history. Just very frustrating when in a hurry.

Should I slowly sip my IC water throughout the day (if I've prepared one glass) or can I just chug it?

Hi Judy, it is better to drink imprinted water at least 3 times a day, taking at least 50ml (2oz) of water each time. Try to hold water in your mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing and drink water and empty stomach.
