Jonathan Roseland shared experience on Yohimbe
over 3 years ago
Another IC that seemed to make a difference for me was Yohimbe, which I took with a gym buddy before hitting the weights. The stimulating effect was barely perceptible but what was not barely perceptible was the gains in my workout performance, I was pleasantly surprised with my capacity to push myself a bit further in the gym - the subjective effect equaled about 10 milligrams of actual Yohimbine, which I am well acquainted with.

Hi Anton, what's the best to imprint water? Plastic, glass or metal water bottle?

Hi Aaron, best is glass. plastic also works. But not metal. You can imprint ICs in a glass water bottle and then pour water into a metal container for storage.

Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, do I need a bigger circumference water bottle for the glowing IC to get the best effects? Since the flashing lights are around the corner of the glowing IC.

Hi Aaron, no, not necessarily, if you use a small tincture, you can place it in the center of the Glowing IC Pad.

Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, Does an ordinary cup work as well as glass? Or is it better to put the warm drink in a glass before imprinting?

Hi Eamonn, if using Glowing IC Pad, it is better to have translucent material. If using Circuit IC Pad or IC Hummer it does not matter if you use use a regular (ceramic) cup or glass, just make sure the cup is not metallic. Important to use a drink with a temperature below 30C (86F) and above 2C (36F).

Hi Cristina, the best is to listen to Audible ICs with headphones or apply them directly to the body using transfer devices. But you can also try imprinting Audible ICs to water with a transfer device using Method 1 or Method 2.
