Hi Daniel, in the 3-day method, you can prepare bottle of water, drink half of the bottle and then add more water to that bottle, shake water and drink it. You can repeat this procedure for 3 days and on day 4 imprint water again using an IC transfer device. After 3 days, the imprint will be weak, effect disappears.

Hi Daniel, yes, you can reuse water. ICs that were imprinted last will override previous ones.
