Hi Fiona, from the 3 minute mark to the end there is a 10,000 Hz frequency, it may be not audible for some people, but it is there.

Hi Sophie, try charging the Glowing IC Pad for about 2 hours using the included cable and charger. You may also need to replace the audio cable called "Aux 3.5mm".

Hi Monica, IC Pad creates a magnetic field, which was shown to be one of the factors that structure water - creating EZ, gel-like water. Also shaking water structures it.
