Hi Monica, yes, effect is about the same if you transfer for 12 minutes with Circuit IC Pad and 2 minutes with Glowing IC Pad.

How do I turn down the volume when I use the hummer with the phone? I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S8, and when I have the lowest level it's still way too high. On the laptop, there's a volume control both in the computer and the current IC window. With the phone, I don't see any volume control in the ic window. I set the volume on the phone at the lowest. Still too high. Thank you for suggestions! /Anna

Hi Anna, when using the phone you can control the volume only with your phone's buttons for volume control. Does the volume go down when you set the volume lower?

Hello, does the fenugreek seed increase the progesterone or does it have a similar effect on the hormone balance as taken in physical form? Is there a PEFM with activated carbon for soil biodiversity improvement. Or Agnihotraash would also be interesting. Thanks Martin
