Hi Anton,

I bought a glowing pad last summer. Today it has stopped working. I am on the membership and really enjoyed it.  I am not sure what has happened but it doesn't glow and it seems to be dead now.  I am not sure if I can invest more to buy another one. I am very disappointed. Please let me know what I should do.  It is not the issue of the audio setting being on max.

Hi Irina, please try the following:
1) Charge IC Pad for about 2 hours using a USB cable and charger.
2) Make sure the audio volume on your computer or phone is set to maximum after you start the transfer.
3) Restart your computer or phone.
4) Replace the Audio cable, it may be broken. The cable is called "3.5mm Aux cable".

Message is to Daniel... please can you make the IC for Highly Sensitives like me that are affected by all EMF's... florescents, etc... last webinar Daniel, you said you could.... I know it's only been a month... yet, still I am so affected by same... have clients needing it as well... thank you... Marian Roper...
