Anyone with some positive results here? When I made this complex I planned to test it with Oura ring measurement but there is so many other variables that impact HRV that I will have to find good way to get correlation with this IC.

Hi Matija, after your post on FB, I used it for a few days. I just notice that my heart rate went down from 56 to 49 bpm (using KubiosHRV app). Will try to use more and do more measurements. Thank you for making it!

Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, thanks for your feedback boss. For 10% lower HR is really good news. I've been thinking to add one more component but will wait for the results of my test. Initially it means lower HR means higher HRV - that's the normal correlation. Thanks for your time and efforts again.

Hi Diane, you can add this IC to your personal complex. If you would like to add this IC to not your personal complex, then you need first click "copy & modify" on that complex to create a complex that will be yours and then add this IC to just created complex. To learn how to create a copy of the complex, please go to Help page, then "How to get started" and check the second video there. Thank you!

Question on the Glowing IC PAD, is the transmitter located at where the blue light location (total 7 points) ? If yes, I assume I should pick a glass bottle that is as close as possible in diameter as the size of the Glowing IC PAD?

Hi Ee Chiang Wee, a more intense field is generated in the center of the IC Pad. It is not necessary to have a bottle that fully covers the surface of the IC Pad, even a tincture of 2oz (30mL) is okay.
