Ciao Mavi, ti consigliamo di assumere lo stesso Imprint IC almeno 3 volte al giorno e di bere almeno 50 ml di acqua ogni volta. Dalle osservazioni nostre e dei professionisti, non ci sono stati casi di sovradosaggio o effetti collaterali durante l'uso di IC.
Hi Mavi, we recommend that you take the same Imprint IC at least 3 times a day and drink at least 50ml of water each time. From our observations and from the professionals, there have been no cases of overdose or side effects when using IC.

Hi Ioana, yes, you can also apply Imprint IC to the body. 1-2 times a day for the same IC. You can see details on different types of ICs and their applications methods here: https://www.infopathy.com/en/tutorials/for_users?show=methods_overview

Hi Janos, do you use USB cable that came in the package? Some other cables may not work for IC Hummer charging. When you connect the charging cable, there is red light for some time and then it dissapears?

Hi Anton, I use another cable and it has been working well for several months. I do not think is the cable problem. I just tried another one and the problem still exist.
The Hummer does not even turn on.
Yes, when the Hummer is connected with the charging cable, there is red light for some time and then disappears. What other recommendations do you have? I need the device working ASAP.

Hi Janos, it seems that something may happen with the IC Hummer. Ty to hold the Power button for 30 seconds. If that does not help, please email us at [email protected] with your shipping address, and we will send you a replacement.
