Iโve actually imprinted this on holographic stickers and wearing it on Kidney 7, the tender spot above the right inner ankle. I take if off in the evening. You can definitely tell a difference in stamina, focus and decreased appetite: Assuming from improved thyroid function and as simulation of minerals/nutrients. Now trying it on different clients. Iโll report back.
