Hello, I have bought a Circuit IC pad, it doesn't produce any vibration nor sound when doing the transfer, it's like completely "dead", is this normal and if so how are ICs being transfered to the water through Circuit IC Pad?

Hi Maja, yes, usually it should be quite, but sometimes it still makes sound. It emits magnetic waves with a coil. You can try this test

I would like to purchase the Special Collection for Vagus Reboot by Dr Borjas but I need the one for POTS. I recently purchased the Special Collection MTHR, can this be used by my daughters who have POTS as well. Also, I am having difficulty finding these collections on the website.
