used this with AOD9064 for 3 days but made it with a 2 oz deuterum depleted water and salt did 10 succusions between each charge and chared it 2 times for each one. I used the entire bottle in a day. I was not hungry at all. I lsot 3 pounds. I am testing this on others and will get back with results. Its important to do  the succions after each 2 min

Robert, I think she meant "charged". And "succussion" - vigorous shaking.

Anton SF Thank you Anton.  Yes - I've come across some of the other versions.  Agreed, it can be confusing - although I think it helpful to post a version of what you just answered me with - so newcomers can access 'What IC Means' (i.e. even the various versions, such as...'The term/abbreviation IC has held a number of different/similar meanings over time (etc...)'.  I appreciate your indepth answer.  Rob

Hello Anton, et al.  I am a newcomer to this site.  Can I use a magnetic stirrer while doing a transfer instead of shaking the water/fluid in a bottle first?

Hi Robert, welcome to Infopathy! :) better to use stirrer first and then imprint water. Yes, you can use it instead of shaking water.
