Am l correct that you shake water before imprinting and again each time you drink it

Carole Senogles. only need to shake the water bottle before imprinting,  no need to shake it before each drinking.

Hi Anton, if I made this and put into a small spray bottle (for easier application of spraying in the eyes) would the 'spraying' make it would lose some or all of its imprinted qualities (ie would I be better to keep in a dropper bottle instead)?
Also the original name stating "using sea salt water", does Dr Stacy actually mean sea water/ocean water (as I live by the sea near a National Park (thus the ocean water is not polluted) and so ocean... See more

Merilyn Bullen, yes, you can use a spray bottle, it is okay for imprinted water to be sprayed. Yes, she suggests using sea salt water (you can make it less intense by diluting a bit) if you feel that your water is too salty.
