Has anyone created a successful IC complex for alpha gal? I have searched and can't seem to find one. Not sure if I'm not adding the correct terms in my search or not.

Samantha Wilson, great question - Alpha-gal syndrome is a rare and complex condition, so you're right that there's no ready-made IC complex specifically labeled for it. However, you can support the body with ICs that focus on immune regulation, histamine response, and gut barrier repair, which are central aspects in managing alpha-gal sensitivity.
Hereโs a simple IC protocol to consider:
Histamine Buster : Helps regulate histamine levels, often involved in symptoms like itching, swelling, or digestive issues. You can start by using it once daily, then gradually combine it with Mast Cell Inhibition. A good routine would be Histamine Buster in the morning and Mast Cell Inhibition in the evening.
Mast Cell Inhibition PEMF : Calms immune reactivity by stabilizing mast cells. Start by alternating with Histamine Buster, then move toward using both daily if tolerated.
Endobalance Leaky Gut : Supports gut lining and microbial balance, helping reduce immune reactions. Imprint into water and drink 50 mL three times a day, ideally before meals.
Relax and Balance Emotions PEMF : Stress can intensify immune and histamine responses. Use this IC at least once a day, or whenever emotions feel overwhelming or out of balance.

Lynne, Alpha-gal syndrome is a type of food allergy to red meat and other products made from mammals. Itโs triggered by a sugar molecule called alpha-gal (galactose-alpha-1,3-galactose), which is found in most mammals but not in fish, birds, or people.
The reaction typically develops after a tick bite, most commonly from the Lone Star tick in the U.S., which transfers alpha-gal into the body and can cause the immune system to become sensitized to it. After that, eating red meat like beef, pork, or lamb (or even products containing gelatin, dairy, or mammalian-based ingredients) may trigger delayed allergic reactions, including:
Hives or rash
Stomach pain, nausea, or vomiting
Difficulty breathing
In some cases, anaphylaxis
Itโs a rare but increasingly recognized condition and often misdiagnosed at first because the symptoms donโt occur immediately after eating.
With one use, this IC noticeably reduced the edema in my fingers! I had never had edema until I fell, broke my wrist, and the hospital placed a hard, tight splint on my arm. (The same arm that 2 weeks before received a tetanus shot, I've had tetanus shots before, but this one had side effects!.) I didn't want to run the IC because it's 39 minutes, but now I'm so glad I did!
DANKE!
