Barbara Simmons, currently, there is no formula for the dosage and it probably does not apply to ICs. When transferring ICs for a longer time (with Glowing IC Pad set 2-3 repeats), the effect is stronger (you can also set Infinite repeat cycle and imprint for 1 hour to the strongest effect). Drinking water more often increases the effect. We recommend using the same IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50ml (2oz) of water each... See more
