I use it once a day with Fibromyalgia (Rife). I have found that I have had a significant reduction in general pain since I started using it a few months ago.

Patricia Roelandt , sorry for the delayed reply, that IC is acually 22 minutes long (we replied to your original post regarding this). You can use it 1-2 times a day. Best to apply to the affected area (can seat on top of the device for 22 minutes).
