Hello, I have a torn tendon in my thumb, and after a long break, I'm not sure how the Hummer works. The sound is coming from the PC, and do I have to turn the Hummer on/off with the little buttons? Thanks!

For a chronic shoulder tendonopathy thats been there for 2 years how often can this be run and should it be placed ovedf the tendons?
