Anton, My Glowing IC Pad wonโ€™t connect to Bluetooth or hold a charge.My Health care person said that it needs to be replaced. She said that I need this immediately ! Please address this issue because Iโ€™ paying a monthly fee for something that doesnโ€™t work. Thank you. Kathy

Hi Kathy, it is possible that you have turned off the Bluetooth on the IC Pad. 
You can also watch this short video to learn on how to turn it back on: https://vimeo.com/944217062?share=copy

Or follow these steps: 
1. Turn on the IC Pad 
2. Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds. (keep holding even when the white light goes off).
3. After 10 seconds the indicator light will flash red. You can remove your finger and the device... See more

์†กํƒœ์ธ , thank you very much for sharing your experience! This IC is not particular frequency but it is recorded from carnosine, l-taurine, benfotiamine, R-lipoic acid, pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ), and pyridoxal 5'-phosphate.

์†กํƒœ์ธ, this IC has wide spectrum (frequencies from 0 to 20kHz), not just particular frequency, as it was recorded from actual substances. Only for PEMF ICs we use particular set of frequencies.

Lucinda dePaulis, Please follow this steps:

  1. Go to the Created tab.
  2. Locate the complex you want to delete.
  3. Click on the three dots (at the bottom right) next to the complex.
  4. Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
