Can you please help me to choose between 5CH and 9CH of this remedy? I have a young adult and the autism spectrum who find life too hard being a perfectionist and decided he wants to die, not acutely suicidal at the moment but too afraid of leaving the house and just staying in his room. I aim to make a complex for him. Thanks.

Marlies Zoll The 9CH potency is better for this. A general rule for potencies is the following : 4CH for a specific location (eg a finger), 5CH for a larger location (an organ), 7CH for larger area, 9CH for the full organism, 15CH and 30CH+ for psychism and higher bodies. Marlies Zoll I just spilled it on me int he shower before showering, no oil. More relaxed breathing, and general relaxation. Stopped running thoughts. Try it yourself.

Hi Anton, if I took out the beginners membership and then half way through the year get more into it, was there a possibility to upgrade my membership? Just looking at options here. Thanks.
