Hi Nataly, we suggest using the same PEMF IC at least once a day, and you can use it for a few weeks. With each time effect should build up.

Annette Schumacher, you need to use it for the duration of transfer. For this IC it is only 2 minutes. But you can add 1-3 more repeats.ย

I've simply loved these numbers, 3-6-9, my whole life...so I just wanted to try it out. But now I've noticed that I'm calmer inside and clearer in my head โ€“ wonderful! It was really hard on my ears, though; I can still feel it. Next time, I'll play it a bit quieter!

Which complexes would you recommend for a TH2 shift? IL-4 and TNF-ALPHA are too high.
