Hi Janie, it seems IC Pad is fully charged as the yellow light goes off after 30 seconds. Please try using IC Pad with another phone or computer and see if it works. If you use a computer you may need to change the audio setting - for the input device, you should have "headphones" selected. If that does not work, please try to get a replacement audio cable, as it might be damaged.

Hi Michelle, you can try applying IC Transfer device to a chest area. Or to the eyes, in this case, if using Glowing IC Pad cover lights with a fabric.

Hi Anne, as this IC was recorded from a homeopathic remedy, we suggest Imprinting it into water. Drink at least 3 times a day, 50ml (2 oz) of water each time. Try drinking on empty stomach and hold water in your mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing.

Anton SF can the salt water remedy that we make for 30daysbe given without diluting in water . I mean straight from dropper to mouth. What do u suggest.
