I was doing some ICs when my pad began flashing. I then recharged it until the yellow light came off and when I plugged it in again it began flashing on and off. What am I doing wrong, please?

Hi Linda, during the transfer glowing IC Pad should flash. Pattern of flashes may vary from IC to IC. Please follow these steps: 1) connect IC pad to your phone or computer. 2) start transfer 3) make sure volume is set to maximum on your phone or computer.

Hi Glenda, we sent notification about your question to IC Developer. In general for the Imprint ICs we recommend to use the same IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50ml (2 oz) of water each time.
