Anton SF same, it does not work. Doesn't light up. I tried others, and they do work. My IC pad is fully charged as well.

Anton SF yes, it is, I try others and they're completely fine. It seems to be this one specifically. It used to work before.

Hi Kristin, we sent you an email with instructions to troubleshoot. Can you please these things: 1) Try another charging cable 2) Try to clean USP port of the IC Pad, maybe there is some dust. You can spray rudding alcohol into the USB port of the IC Pad, take a small needle and move it around, gently. Then shake the alcohol out, dry the USB port and try to charge again.
