This is an experience rather than a comment but I wanted it to be seen. I will post there too. I used this program with the IC hummer against the bottom of my right foot, thatโs the worst one, but I did sit with the soles of my feet both against the hummer. I only did one treatment yesterday morning and was shocked , am still shocked, at the lack of pain I feel in my plantar fascia twenty four hours later. I ran it again just now. I am excited...
