I think once is not enough. I guess I feel like I have a flu syndrome so I chose to calm the exhausting cough first and it's already bearable for the rest. Come on, I'll persevere!!! Thanks for these infoceuticals, Anton. And thanks for the advice ;)

Yesterday I used this while I was at work. After I sneezed I felt something coming on which is why I used it. I put it over my thymus gland in the chest cause it was easier to reach while at work. I hit the body transfer with the glow pad for 3cycles. Then I had to go to the lady's room to dump the toxins it just released. I stayed 2 more hours at work then went home early.
