This one is a mainstay for me because I can't afford all these supplements in physical form. What a gift this is and so digestible, all in a simple glass of water. It muscle tests very strong for me.

This IC is comprehensive like it says. I use it in place of a multivitamin and mineral. When
I feel the need for it, I make it, and then muscle test to be certain it's the one my body is
needing at the moment. And then, voila, I drink it and I feel great! This is my method for all the ICs.

I'm using it to make sure I get adequate or even optimum vitamin and mineral supplementation.  I do not subjectively detect a noticeable, constitutional improvement, but its overall benefits are likely to be subtle and more salient over time.  Today I decided to imprint a smoothie with it, 6 times.  It may yield more obvious results.

This is alot of complexes. I see some good experiences. Is everyone running complexes all at once, or one at a time? It seems like itnwould take up alot of time.
