This IC can be used to relax your tired or hard muscles. Just apply IC Pad on the spot where you feel that the muscle has some hardness or tender spots. Also, this IC can be transferred to water, mixed with some clean basic cream and applied to the area.

This helps really quickly and very well!! I ran it 3 times and laid it on my stomach because my muscles were quite sore after a massage - especially in the hip area.

This is by far my favourite PEMF! I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and experienced muscle discomfort for a few weeks after which did not subside. Willing to try anything, I placed the glow pad on my tummy. Within the first minute the muscle discomfort was GONE.  I use the hummer and/or glow pad daily for times when I feel the discomfort return. It resolves within the minute. Cannot praise this one enough!

Wow! My triceps were tight because I used them for the first time ever. This nearly removed the pain and after the second time it was completely gone. Thank you kraft&gesundheit for developing and sharing this!

Hi can this be applied on the sternum or stomach for general muscle tightness or does it need to be put on a specific muscle?

Hi, have experiencing symptoms from what's called Thoracic outlet syndrome, so a stiff neck, stiff shoulders etc.   This group of conditions is caused by pressure on the blood vessels or nerves between the collarbone and rib..Which PEMF  recommend to relief the pressure and relief the stiffness and tightness? Thank you in advance

Hello Anton,I have used Muscle Relax on my shoulder and had instant relief.  I am so surprised that it worked so quickly. I have had this pain for weeks. I will follow your suggestions mentioned to Christina Hengl.

I am looking for a program for chronic compartment syndrome. The muscles in my foot are divided into compartments. The muscles and fascia of the front compartment are too tight and are compressing blood vessels, nerves, etc. The doctors want to split it, i.e. split the fascia. Yeah I found it helpful I had tight tense shoulders and within 20 mins of using it I would say 70% of that right shoulder tension and tight muscles went away which is incredible. 🥰🙏

Hello Anthon, can i use this PEMF with another device, i'm on a long trip and i don't have my IC Pad with me, so i've been wondering if i can use the iTorus device in this case ? if i can please let me know if i have to select the ic pad or the ic hammer for the transfer

This worked great on my tight upper traps. I'm running it 2 times and I really felt a change in the level to 5 relaxation.
